(EDGEWATER APARTMENTS BUILDING B) Repair Permit. A PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE WITH THE BUILDING INSPECTOR IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY RECONSTRUCTION. Permit for repairs as a result of fire damage to an existing apartment building. Per the plans and description all structural members showing any signs of damage are to be replaced including roof trusses, beams and any bearing wall elements. All rated wall assemblies are required to be repaired per the original plans. This building is not fire sprinklered. Smoke detectors are required to be installed. Carbon monoxide alarms are also required if any fuel burning appliances are installed or present in the structure.
