(NORTH POINTE PARCEL 7 – MONUMENT SIGN) (CSN17-00239) To install an LED illuminated double faced 64 square foot ground supported monument sign (8 feet tall by about 8 feet wide). The sign will have a metal cabinet with acrylic and vinyl tenant copy. The bottom of the monument sign will have a stone panel veneer. The sign will be located in the Southeast corner of the lot at State Street. The sign will be installed around a 4 inch diameter steel column imbedded in a 3.0 feet by 2.0 feet by 4.0 feet deep concrete footing. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. All attachments are required to be sufficient to resist gravity, wind, and seismic loads with appropriate safety factors considered. **CJW**
