Application for inspection for installation of a 1977 manufactured home at above location. Inspector will verify that setbacks meet the City's recommendation and that tie downs meet manufacturer's requirements. Documents pertaining to tie down requirements must be at the job site at the time of inspection. This inspection is required prior to occupancy. A separate electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical permit may be required.
