Work to include: removal of flat roof joist, roof assembly and roof ledger, removal of select parapet, removal of select windows and infill with vandal proof glass block, removal of select door/door frame and infill with CMU, installation of engineered gabled roof trusses, composite shingle roof assembly, (5) new tubular skylights, a new removable roof hatch, and select metal siding.
