This permit is to perform interior non-structural demo work only on an existing 2,427 sq. ft. mall tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Scope of work includes: removal interior nonbearing walls, removal of door/door frames, removal of storefront glazing, removal of restroom and plumbing fixtures, removal of gypsum and suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Dept. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
