The pole will have an outside diameter of 10.75 inches and will be concealed within a 14 inch by 14 inch aluminum pole cover. The top sign cabinet will have an area of about 75 square feet. The bottom sign cabinet will have an area of about 12 square feet. Both cabinets will be double faced and LED internally illuminated with polycarbonate faces. A black silhouette of a cowboy will be attached to the pole at the bottom. Special Inspection is requird for welding and concrete. Work includes a 5 feet by 2.5 feet by 6 feet 10 inches deep reinforced concrete foundation. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. All attachments are required to be sufficient to resist gravity, wind, and seismic loads with appropriate safety factors considered. **CJW**
