To install a series of LED internally illuminated pan channel letters with acrylic faces having a total area of about 19 square feet with no letter larger than 3 square feet, to install below the letters an LED internally illuminated sign cabinet with an acrylic face having an area of about 5 square feet, and to install next to the letters an LED internally illuminated logo sign cabinet with an acrylic face having a total area of about 13 square feet all flush mounted to the West elevation of the building.
