(IMPERIAL PLAZA CONDOMINIUMS – 1st FLOOR LOBBY) Permit is to remodel the existing 1st floor lobby area. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior business storefront windows and doors and replace with new storefront windows and doors, removal of the existing drinking fountain and replace with a new Hi/Lo accessible drinking fountain, select new wall at the drinking fountain area, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. The entire basement of this existing high-rise building is required to have a fire sprinkler system. The rest of the building does not have fire sprinklers. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
