This 2,300 square foot vacant tenant space was created when the adjacent 3,931 square tenant space was created for “LasikPlus” under BLD17-03877. The former 6,311 square foot tenant space that was occupied by “Mattress Land” was divided into two tenant spaces (i.e. about 3,931 square feet and about 2,300 square feet) under permit BLD17-03877. There is no work being done under this permit. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for this tenant space or for any tenant. A separate permit is required to establish a Certificate of Occupancy. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
