Additional area to be added to Living Room, Dining Room, second Bath being added, original Bath being remodeled with stackable washer/dryer in it. Prescriptive Energy Code is proposed. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms to be updated as required. A 10'x13' (130 square foot) storage room is being added to the back of the existing storage area behind the carport. Exisitng storage room wall being added to needs to have foundation and footings verified. All work to be donee according to plans. notes, review notes and local codes. Separate electrical, mechanical, plumbing and erosion permits are required. BJM **Mike Harrison with Boise City Canal said canal runs through backyard. 43-foot setback should be ok.
