Permit is to remodel an existing business space within the 5th floor of the building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select door/door frame and relocate, construction of select new interior nonbearing wall to divide an existing office into two offices and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
