(VANILLA INTERIOR) **NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to sub-divide a 2,700 sf existing office space into a 2,380 sq ft vanilla space for future office tenant. Other permits issued for adjacent suites at 9180 W. Barnes under BLD17-04532 and 9222 W. Barnes under BLD17-04533. Work was done previously without a permit and included the tenant demising wall between this suite and the adjacent suite at 9180 W. Barnes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the building’s Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 and NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
