To install a new 30 inch wide by 36 inch high openable window in the East masonry exterior wall of a 2nd story dwelling unit. Work is to including cutting a hole in the existing masonry wall, framing the opening with 2x8 preservative-treated wood for decay resistance with each piece anchored to the masonry with a minimum of two galvanized anchors in solid masonry, a header made of four 1-3/4” x 9-1/2” LVL members supported by 2x8 trimmers, and a stucco finish. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This is a scope of work permit only. It is not intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for this dwelling unit.
