Permit to finish 450 square feet of an existing Bonus Room in existing attic trusses installed in last remodel. New stairs to Bonus Room to be added with new shed/dormer roof to allow for head height on second floor. Stairs added at end of Family Room on second floor. All stair structure is said to be between existing double attic girder trusses (as per builder). Main Floor; Removing existing Powder Room, Laundry Room and Master Bedroom entry. (Replacing bearing wall with beam between Powder and Nook with beam). Replacing existing ceiling at new Nook and Mud Room (existing roofing and structire to remain. All work to be done according to plans, notes, engineering and local codes. Seaparte electrical, mechanical, plumbing permits are required. ***BJM***
