(LBH [LES BOIS HOLDINGS] OFFICE – TENANT IMPROVEMENT) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Interior demolition work, including entirely removing the mezzanine, was done under permit BLD18-00735. To construct a 1,270 square foot 2nd story within an existing tenant space that has a 1st story floor area of about 2,567 square feet. Structural work includes concrete footings, steel columns with steel base plates and anchors, steel beams, lightweight concrete floor over a steel deck, steel stair stringers, and precast concrete stair treads. Special Inspection is required for soils, welding, bolting, intumescent fire-resistant coatings, and anchors post-installed in hardened concrete. Other work includes interior nonbearing walls, a new toilet room accessible to the disabled, an existing toilet room upgraded to be accessible to the disabled, interior windows, interior doors, interior guards, removing the existing East exterior door at Main Street and replacing it with a low wall and storefront window to match the adjacent construction, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This permit is intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for this tenant. **CJW**
