This building was constructed in 1900 as a “Market” and last modified under BLD14-02025 for Hyde and Seek. Work to include: demolition of existing exterior second floor deck; installation of new deck approximately 7.5 ftx 20.5 ft with new structure and decking. Special inspections required per attached Form 310. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering.
