The previous occupancy was an A3, the proposed occupancy is less risk hazard per code and lower occupant load. There shall be a permanent egress path through the storage room for an existing exit. The customer sales location shall meet ADA requirements. The isle’s in the store shall be min 3 feet apart for egress. Any racking installed over 8 feet in height shall obtain a separate racking permit. NO WORK IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS**
