(HAPPY FAMILY BRANDS – SUITE #100) Permit is to remodel an existing 11,973 sq. ft. area within the first floor of the existing four story building by combining two tenant spaces into one tenant space for office use. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select exterior and interior door/door frames, removal of select interior finishes, removal of restroom partitions, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal of select millwork, removal of select light fixtures, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (4) offices, open office areas, a nursing room, (2) Class rooms, (2) conference rooms, a break room area, a lab room, a lounge room, a shipping/supply room, a hall, accessible restrooms and (2) common area accessible showers, select wall infill, select new door/door frames and select new exterior storefront doors, relocated select door/door frames, select new exterior storefront windows, select new accordion wall, select new gypsum ceiling, select new suspended acoustic panel clouds, select new plumbing fixtures, select new accessible grab bars at restrooms and showers, millwork, select new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for one-hour fire resistive substitution under FIR00-00672. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
