To install a prebuilt Kiosk having a floor area of about 120 square feet within the common mall area on the 1st story of the Boise Town Square Mall building. Two bowls will be provided for decoration only without connections to plumbing. Wood materials used in the kiosk construction are required to be fire-retardant-treated wood. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances (including the 2017 NEC). The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
