To remodel all 63 bathrooms serving 63 guest sleeping rooms on all 3 stories. Work is to include removing existing plumbing fixtures (toilet, tub or shower, and sink) within guest sleeping room bathrooms and installing new plumbing fixtures (toilet, tub or shower, and sink). Four guest sleeping rooms including their bathrooms on the 1st story are required to be accessible to the disabled as defined by current accessibility standards to the maximum extent possible without moving walls and at least one is required to have a roll-in accessible shower. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The existing 1-hr fire-resistance-rating of the building and the existing 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridors are required to be maintained in compliance with the 1991 UBC or restored if found to be deficient. This permit is not intended to establish a new Certificate of Occupancy for the building. The current valid Certificate of Occupancy applies. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
