Work to include, interior demolition of nonbearing partitions, construction of new nonbearing partitions, one restroom within the tenant space is being converted into an accessible shower / restroom and will now be accessed thru the common space. Minor plumbing changes will be made. No structural members will be altered or removed. Mech/Elec/Plumbing will be design build thru the contractor. Tenants are in space conducting business, no fire sprinkler permit has been issued and fire sprinkler modifications are required for new tenant space, Ron Johnson with Boise Fire Department has been contacted and he supports my action, tenant business cannot be conducted until all inspections have been completed and passed, there has not been a C of O or TCO issued at this time.
