Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (2) massage rooms, a tanning room, a prep room, a facial room and a lounge, select new door/door frames, millwork, shower, stairs, gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
