Note: No plans on file with the city but a permit was found and issued under permit #10040 that allowed a portion of the dwelling to be converted to a barber shop and to allow the basement remain as a dwelling. The basement dwelling is allowed to remain as is and any future conversions to the basement dwelling to commercial use will require a separate building permit.
