Fire extinguishers need annual inspection performed (basement and main level extinguishers), tags on extinguishers indicate 2015 for last inspection. Exit lights/emergency lighting needs to be serviced and operable under emergency power. Provide inspection report for last annual fire alarm inspection. Provide emergency lighting for egress discharge as per note number 6 of building permit fire code review comments.
