Roof: Tear off existing shingles. Re-roof using fiberglass architectural shingles over a layer of synthetic shingle underlayment. Ice and water shield applied to eaves and in valleys. Remove and replace water damaged facia and soffit. New pipe flashings, vents, and edge metal installed.
