Existing Utility/Bath downstairs to be separated into a Laundry room and Bathroom. Bathroom to have shower, sink and toilet. No bearing walls are being disturbed. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms to be updated as needed/required. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes and local codes.
