**(TAOS)** Permit is to remodel approx. 1,833 sq. ft. area within the 34,750 sq. ft. existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select door/door frames and relocate, removal of interior windows, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a hall, a I.T. room, a phone room and a larger training room, select new wall infill, select new door/door frames, adding a new operable partition at the new training rooms, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocate select light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
