The conversion includes the demolition of existing flooring, millwork, and plumbing fixtures and installation of new countertops, floor finishes, plumbing fixtures, equipment, and power/data poles to student desks per the approved plans. This is a scope of work permit with no change in occupancy or occupant load. A certificate of compliance is to be issued upon approval and completion of the tenant improvement. This building is is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department.
