Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select interior windows, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create (2) offices, select wall infill, select new door/door frames, select millwork, remove select light fixtures and replace with LED fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC.
