(COLE REINSTEIN – SUITE #415) Permit is to combine and existing 2,373 sq. ft. business space with the adjacent 779 sq. ft. tenant space to create a new tenant space that is 3,152 sq. ft. within the 4th floor of the existing building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames and relocate, removal of select acoustic suspended ceiling, remove and relocate select millwork, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an open office and a file room, select wall infill, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC.
