Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames and relocation of select doors, removal of select millwork, removal of select gypsum and suspended acoustic ceilings, removal of select exterior storefront windows, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (2) offices, a conference room and exercise rooms, select wall infill, select new door/door frames, select new exterior storefront doors, select new interior storefront widows, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
