(IMPERIAL PLAZA - UNIT 806 - BOGERT RESIDENCE) **For minor interior remodeling of an existing 8th floor residential unit with work to include the removal and reconstruction of select interior nonbearing partition wall, removal of the existing bathtub and replacing it with a shower unit, replacing all restroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures, the removal and replacement of cabinetry as well as related interior finishes. New plumbing is only allowed to connect to existing stubs and no new penetrations of the existing floor/ceiling assemblies is allowed. The existing one hour rated wall assemblies are required to be maintained. NOTE: all asbestos must be abated in compliance with the “Department of Environmental Quality” requirements. All walls are required to be noncombustible construction with no wood framing unless it is fire retardant treated lumber. This building is not fire sprinklered. **JAR**
