(SNAKE RIVER POOL & SPA) Permit is to remodel the exterior of an existing building per the approved plans, DRH-00190 and attached engineering. Work to include: refinishing existing exterior stucco, adding of a select exterior weathering steel wainscot, adding a 2x wood slat wall panels on a 2” steel frame per engineering design at the south and west facades, new pavers on the south end of the building and exterior finishes in compliance with Ch. 14 of the current IBC. Note: special inspection required, see attached 310 form. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
