(BOISE LAW GROUP – 1ST STORY – SOUTHEAST CORNER - OCCUPANCY) The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy to a new office tenant in an existing 1,070 square foot office tenant space located on the 1st story of a high rise building. This tenant space was created under permit BLD09-00695. Egress is through a common lobby and then directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety or to discriminate against the disabled. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
