(OFFICE EVOLUTION – SUITE #100) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. Permit is to remodel an existing 5,741 sq. ft. business space within an existing high rise building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, removal of select plumbing fixtures, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create offices, a reception area, a copy/mail area, (2) conference rooms, an IT room, and an open break area, select new door/door frames, extend top of select existing walls to 14’6”, select wall infill, mill work, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
