All items corrected except I still need the mechanical inspectors determination on whether a type 1 or type 2 hood is going to be required. The existing hood suppression system will need to be removed or modified depending on the mechanical inspectors decision.

Provide correct address/suite, remove thumbturn from rear exit or remove exit sign, provide verification whether the existing hood will be type 1 or type 2. A separate permit may be required for the demo of the suppression system or for the modification of the suppression system depending on mechanical inspector decision.
