Permit to remodel exiting Dining Room/Breakfast Nook and Kitchen. Removing non bearing walls around Dining Room, removing dropped ceiling (dropped ceiling cannot be part of the existing truss structure, furring only to be removed). Removing windows in Breakfast Nook and filling in with wall and insulation. Removing existing wall pantry jetting into Garage and replacing with wall. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms to be updated as needed/required. All work to be done as pre plans, notes and local codes. ***BJM***
