TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 1,236 sq. ft. business tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of select guardrail and relocate, new construction of metal panel ceiling attached to existing structural ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note 1: if floor/ceiling is to be replaced as noted on plans structural engineering calculation are required and shall submit for review and have prior approval for the deferred submittals of engineering documents. Note 2: special inspection is required, see attached #310 form. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered because building is a high rise. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
