(DAMM BUILDING – SHELL EXTERIOR SPIRAL STAIRCASE) Permit is to install a convenience spiral stairway on the exterior balcony of the existing building. Note: the spiral stairway is not part of the means of egress, the spiral stairway is only for convenience – the existing means of egress is to remain on the south end of the building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: new concrete spiral stairway footing, new spiral stairway concrete pad, new spiral stairway, new opening in existing guard railing for stairway and new guards.
