(ADI) Permit is to remodel an existing 8,342 sq. ft. retail tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, relocate existing interior window at new office, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an office, select new door/door frame, select new interior window, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
