**(SPIRIT HALLOWEEN, LLC – RETAIL SALES) (Temporary Use Permit)** Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 9,625 square foot tenant space to be used for retail sales. This space was previously approved as a “Shoe Carnival” under BLD07-03246. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. There will be no change to the occupancy. Note: This permit is to allow use of this existing space for less than 180 days (expires on 1/20/2019). The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
