**(VANILLA – SUITE #125)** (2 PERMITS FILED UNDER BLD18-02563 IN EPLANREVIEW) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 9,970 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this un-occupied tenant space is to be 3,124 sq. ft. and the remaining 6,846 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space created under BLD18-02563. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select door/door frame, construction of select interior nonbearing wall infill to demise tenant spaces, relocate ice maker, millwork, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
