(THE HANDLEBAR) Permit for the installation of a glass overhead door in an existing infilled openig on the South side of the building. A previous permit had required this opening to be infilled with a one hour rated exterior wall assembly due to the center of the alley being 8' feet from the back wall that wa thought to be on the property line, however per the attached ACHD letter and survey the buiulding is 2.65 feet from the existing property line putting the typeVB building approximately 10'6" from the center of the alley allowing the wall to be nonrated and have unlimited openings. All work per the approved plans. This building is no fire sprinklered and is required to maintain an occupant load of less than 100. This is a scope of work permit only with a certificate of completion to be issued upon approval and completion of the door installation. CDM
