Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal and replacement of existing exterior guardrails at the upper level, removal and replacement of wood fascia, removal and replacement of select soffit. Note 1: the existing exterior stairs, stair guards and stair handrails are to remain the same. Note 2: special inspection required, See attached 310 form.
