Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of door/door frame, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal of select gypsum ceiling, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (2) offices, a storage room, a break room, accessible restrooms and an open office area, select new wall infill, select new door/door frames, select ne interior windows, millwork, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceilings, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
