**(HAYDEN BEVERAGE BUILDING - WALMART STORES EAST LP) (TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY)** This permit is to allow use of this existing space until 12/31/2018. Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for a 44,617 sq ft portion of an existing 129,427 sq. ft. building to be used by Walmart for temporary storage and staging of fixtures. This space was previously permitted as Hayden Beverage office and warehouse under BLD05-00775 and remodeled under BLD13-00081. The remainder of the warehouse and coolers are being temporarily sublet to Idaho Water Sports for tire storage and Hayden Beverage for cooler storage. Separate Temporary Certificates of Occupancy are required for these tenant spaces. A separate building permit will be required for permanent occupancy, including the subdivision of the space into separate tenant suites. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
