One hair styling station with sink will remain in an existing 105 sq ft room and be used by a hair stylist, “Project Barber”. The remaining 823 sq ft space will be used for retail, “Maven”. The fire sprinkler system is used, under the provisions of the 1994 UCBC, to allow this building to be 10 feet and 2 stories too tall AND to be over area. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. **JAR**
