**(MAVEN / PROJECT BARBER – IDANHA BASEMENT) (SUITE C)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 928 sq. ft. tenant space previously occupied by “CUSTOMIZED HAIR” under BLD04-03026. A portion of interior non-bearing wall and door were removed by the previous tenant. A plumbing permit and inspection are required for five hair sinks and water heater removed by the previous tenant. One hair styling station with sink will remain in an existing 105 sq ft room and be used by a hair stylist, “Project Barber”. The remaining 823 sq ft space will be used for retail, “Maven”. The fire sprinkler system is used, under the provisions of the 1994 UCBC, to allow this building to be 10 feet and 2 stories too tall AND to be over area. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. **JAR**
