TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. **NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT** This permit is to perform interior demo work on the 2nd floor at the southwest portion of the building. Scope of work includes removal of non-bearing interior partition walls, doors, millwork, floor finishes, soffits and ceilings (note: Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Dept.), removal of existing plumbing, removal of mechanical ductwork and supports, removal of kitchen hood and ductwork, removal of select electrical work. All building sprinkler and alarm systems must be maintained throughout the demo and after demo is completed. **JG**
