Work to include: removal of interior nonbearing partition walls, removal of existing lighting and finishes; construction of new interior nonbearing partition walls for dressing rooms, installation of a new store front with the associated rollsecurity grill, new lighting and related interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered with an alarm system. Sprinklers are used for area increase.
