(ST. ALPHONSUS HOSPITAL – PHYSICIAN SEEPING ROOM – CENTRAL TOWER – 3RD STORY) The fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy and for high rise. To convert a 125 square foot office located on the 3rd story of the Central Tower within St. Alphonsus Hospital to a physician sleeping room. This sleeping room is required to be accessible to the disabled. A smoke detector and a horn/strobe device will be installed within the sleeping room. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
